Neighbourhoods: Coal Harbour Neighborhood (Downtown)



Lying on the northwest corner of downtown, nestled against Coal Harbour's marinas and Stanley Park. Residents can easily walk to downtown offices, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The neighbourhood also has excellent road and SeaBus access to the North Shore.

Homes

This neighbourhood is mostly recently built high-rises with some walk-up, condominiums. All have excellent views of the water and the North Shore mountains or of downtown.

Shopping

All of the shops, restaurants and entertainment downtown and along Robson Street are a short walk away.

Recreation

Stanley Park is a walk, bike ride or inline skate tour away. Canada Place, Gastown, and the Vancouver Art Gallery are a short walk away. Schools

Coal Harbour and the West End are served by Lord Roberts Elementary School, Roberts Annex Elementary School, and King George Secondary School, and Joe Fortes Branch Library on Denman Street. Both Simon Fraser University and BCIT have downtown campuses.
