Fredericton, New BrunswickThis area lies on the south bank of the Saint John River between the Agriculture Canada Research Station and the Fredericton Airport. This community lies very accessible to the Trans-Canada Highway #2.Schools Students in this largely rural area can expect a commute to school at all ages. Shopping The area is not far, via highway to the city's shopping malls along Prospect Street, including Regent Mall, the city's largest. Recreation The area has much green space particularly along the Saint John River and the Trans-Canada Trail that connects to both Fredericton and to Oromocto.
