Located just south west of downtown, Riversdale is when of the heavier populated areas for its size. Many homes in the area are over 75 years old, there built on 25 and 35 foot lots. The area has four churches and a fire station. The luxury of the neighbourhood is the proximity to downtown (within walking distance), near to major venues and the Saskatoon Hospital, but with that comes the disadvantage of lack of convenient parking spots. The area also has some older houses that haven't been kept up to par.
Schools
