These communities in northwest Regina are about 50 years old, and lie between the railway to the south and the Ring Road to the north, west of Albert Street. These neighbourhoods have a number of smaller bungalows typically under 1,100 square feet. The community is filled with retirees, and increasingly young couples. The community is built around winding creekbed parkland (which forks just west of Lewvan Dr.) including a recreational pathway, which connect it to Wascana Creek, to the west. The communities have good access to the rest of Regina (and especially the airport), via Lewvan Drive and the Ring Road. Schools The community has two public elementary schools and a Catholic school, and high schools for each of the two school boards. Shopping Shoppers generally head to the Normandview Mall to the north west or to the Avon Shopping Centre to the south east of the community. The larger Northgate mall is on the northeast edge of the neighbourhood. Recreation The community has a number of parks, including several winding along the creek, with a recreational pathway in an east-west direction. This park network includes Regent Park Par 3 golf course, the ACT Softball park, the Regent Outdoor Pool, and the Wheat City Kinsmen Arena. Homes The houses in these neighbourhoods are generally smaller detached bungalows. House prices in Coronation Park range from $42,000 to $112,000, and in Regent Park range from $35,000 to $90,000.
